The EMI Angle and Channel Processing Center, or AC-PC, is the perfect machine for busy fabricators who cut, mark, drill and otherwise process angle iron, C-channel and flat bar stock. Designed specifically to process these types of materials, the AC-PC works quickly and accurately to output a high volume of parts.
When it comes to fabricating steel stair stringers and handrails, the AC-PC truly excels – by cutting, drawing stair layout lines, and burning holes all in one smooth operation. By incorporating angle and channel cutting capabilities, the AC-PC can simultaneously cut and burn bolt holes for angle clips, function as a pipe angle cutter, and deploy a wide range of time-saving features and functions. This integrated “all-in-one” approach means huge time savings for fabricators.
Best of all, with a state-of-the-art laser alignment system and 60’ capacity, this CNC plasma cutting machine is great for shops looking to increase stair stringer capacity, replace an old angle line with a more versatile piece of equipment, or offload small work from their beam line or coper.
For programming, the AC-PC utilizes Lantek’s Flex 3D system. This industry-standard software package allows you to maximize production efficiency by importing just about any file type, detailing complex files, and creating nests. In addition it integrates with advanced ERP/MRP systems and allows designers to send files to multiple machines in order to keep a high volume of work flowing.
