As the end of the year is just around the corner, we want to remind those of you that are aware, and inform those of you who are not, that 12/29/23 will be our last day to provide parts, tech support and service for Bridgeport machines. The closure is due to a growing lack of components that are imperative to us, providing the parts we require to properly support Bridgeport controls. We feel without these parts we cannot provide the level of support that meets our standard and anything less would be a disservice to our customers.

There will be some sources available for parts, support and service once we have officially closed our Bridgeport division. If you have a local service organization you are working with, please continue to use them as your source for parts, support and service. They will still be your best source moving forward. As for customers who have not established this relationship with a service organization, we strongly recommend doing so. Attached is a list of active service organizations that still provide parts, service and support for Bridgeport machines. Please take the time to look over this list and find the closest service organization to you and reach out to establish this relationship.
